Power, Speed, Distance in one swing

I was first introduced to long drive by my 13 year old son Jonathan. At the time I was over weight and out of shape. My flexibility had great limitations. I was however still able to hit the ball 300 to 335 yards. Over the next year I had to work on getting into shape. Not just weight loss but my flexibility , endurance and strength had to be a big part of my workout. Strength was not only going to allow my club head speed to increase that's were my distance would come from.
My search for a swing trainer had begun. I needed something to increase my distance, build strength and endurance but it could not change my routine that I had developed.
