Why the Air Pro Swing Trainer

The Air Pro Swing Trainer is designed with two air pockets one on the top and one on the bottom. It attaches to the head of the driver. The air pockets are designed to catch the air, giving you resistance. The drag flap on the back is added for more resistance.
